- Cigarette tax - Increase $1.25 per pack.
- OTP - Increase from 53% to 60% of wholesale price.
- ESD - Increase the sales and use tax rate from 12% to 20%.
- Decrease lottery commission from 6% to 5.75% and Decrease cashing commission from 3% to 2%.
